Terrible service, terrible product. I offered them the choice of letting me return the shoddy goods or posting a negative review and they chose this option. I’ve never posted a negative review about anything before, but here we are. I wanted to support a local business, but their total lack of expertise and diligence has obliged me to purchase direct from the manufacturer overseas, who were much more helpful and delivered a great product. Such a shame, this was a trial run for some very big orders.

I used love your logo for embroidered work clothing. Not as cheap as online retailers ive used in the past, however being able to touch the garments to ensure good quality is worth the slightly higher price.

Chelsea was happy to point me in the right direction for decent quality clothing and the overall customer service was great.

I picked up about 10 embroidered items withing a week of 1st enquiring and will be using love your logo again.
