All went well until the kitchen fitter arrived. Abusive, confrontational and aggressive. Magnets response ... Let him come back or you'll be waiting 6 weeks for your kitchen.
So I agreed ... He didn't show.
After being intimidated and shouted at in my new home by one of their employees (who wasn't fired but kept on as he had other jobs booked in) I asked for a refund of my pricey installation costs.
Magnet has offered me only £200 back. Refused to help any further with other damages caused to the house by the fitter and hasn't responded when I've raised concerns regarding how the cabinet's aren't actually attached to the wall securely.

Their customer service when anything goes wrong is appalling.
I will now have to spend even more of my time taking this up with the ombudsman.

Avoid Magnet if you want to feel safe in your home!!

Booked an online kitchen planning appointment which never happened, informed it was an issue with head office / central booking. Then booked an online kitchen planning appointment with the store which also never happened as the the person who was only one who could do it was in another appointment. No communication or information. Wasted so much time.
