I've been using Mailing Manager for a number of years and have nothing but praise. I have tried other platforms, but Mailing Manager is so much easier to use, and if I have any issues my account manager, Adam, is on hand and happy to guide me through the process. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using Mailing Manager for a few years now. The software and website is very user friendly and cost effective. The best thing about this company though is the great support they offer, Alex in particular has always been friendly, positive and helpful and has always resolved any issues we’ve had to achieve the results we wanted. Highly recommended.

We have been using Mailing Manager for over 3 years now. Alex is our account manager and is always on hand to help and give advice where possible. The recent updates to the software are great too allowing us to do a lot more with the e-shot templates. The team and service are great, would recommend to other businesses.

Some email marketing packages like to over complicate things or tie you in to their way of thinking but we don't have this problem with Mailing Manager. The email templates are clean and well laid out but if you have some knowledge of design and HTML you can easily edit and/or enhance to suit your own needs however the new drag and drop system makes it ridiculously easy to design an email if you don't have that knowledge. One thing I like about Mailing Manager over some of its competitors is the way you can create lists and segments and that one contact is just that - one contact, it doesn't matter how many lists you add them to. The team are quick to respond to queries and have always been helpful.

I am sooooo happy with the software and the team at Mailing Manager. They have excellent customer service and their system is really well developed and user friendly. It is clear and simple to use – a programme that makes sense. It is going to save me loads of time and make my job much more efficient. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Special thanks to Adam and Josh for helping me to get set up. None of my questions have been too much trouble and they have supported me really well.

We used Mailing Manager as a totally new avenue for EA EMPLOY Ltd - a new recruitment venture - and Mailing Manager could not have been more helpful. I have nothing but praise for Mailing Manager and in particular Adam Ward who has taken hand holding onto another level. I am not much of a techie and so was a little nervous about my first campaign. Adam has had an infinite amount of patience with me and has always been available to chat and talk me through the steps. He has made a stressful situation much better, just knowing I could call on him for tips and advice. Adam is most definitely a brilliant ambassador for Mailing Manager and a really professional, cheerful and helpful person to deal with.
