A good reason why they score high, it's because they have earned and deserved it. I go in here to pick up single envelopes of various sizes to go with my letter writing and card making needs. They always have what I need along with a good selection of stationary and writing implements. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. An asset to the community.

Still one of the best shops in Haringey, Green Lanes. Still lovely people and reasonable prices. The one stop shop for some of your needs. Especially for stationery, newspapers, sweet treats and beverages.

The Family/staff who work tirelessly and keep this shop running, which they have for years, are extremely hardworking, humble people. They certainly know their stuff and I get comfort just knowing if there’s something I need, they’re always there! Consistent and faithful which speaks volumes in this ever changing (not always for good) ‘microwave’ way of living these days! They are polite and friendly and even when busy will manage to have a little chat with their customers!

Yes the shop could do with a makeover but it’s great for stationary, London transport and Lottery, cards etc. I buy padded envelopes for posting large items as they’re cheaper than the post office and they have more a more varied selection and I also buy various bits of stationary from time to time, not forgetting I also collect/drop off parcels (Collect +) which is very useful as it saves me time from having to queue to return items at post office or in stores and having to wait for deliveries at home.

The locals all know and love Maqsood!

I've been coming to this shop for a number of years. The family running it are lovely. However recently I received a really poor service and a terrible attitude from an overweight man behind the till. First he completely ignored me as he was laughing and speaking to his colleague while I was just patiently waiting there. When he finally acknowledged me, he missed what I asked him because he continued speaking to the colleague, and said I was confusing him. Then he gave me a look full of attitude and got angry. He looked like he was about to explode. Such people should never work with customers. Shame.

On friday i was gonna pay my rent and i went to 8 western union branch for took out money. All of them said i cant take out my money. When i start to loose hope i just wanna try my chance one last time and went in to this shop. The staff helped me very well and they sort it out my problem just like that. Thanks to these good people in the shop i didnt have any problem with my rent payment. Also shop have various product range. Really recommend this shop. Again i want to say thank you to all staff in the shop.

The owner is brilliant and everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful. Excellent choice of stationery and very competitive pricing.
