Beautiful shopping Mall in Bolton. They have several shops, movie theater, various types of fast food restaurants and many more. The way they built and decorated this building is amazing. I went there with my friends and had a great time. Worth to visit when you are in Bolton.

Situated on Knowsley St, Bolton, Market Place Shopping Centre is a multi-storey shopping centre featuring familiar High Street retailers, coffee shops, restaurants, and a cinema. Combined with an integral multi-story car park (tickets refunded at the cinema!) a trip to the Market Place is a one-stop experience in Bolton town centre which have been imaginatively developed to showcase Victorian architecture which helps to add a welcome ambience its modern day competitors manage.

Nice center with food places down below as well as a mini golf course. Theres a cinema up to and a selection of shops on the other levels. The car park is cheap around £1 per hour

This is a comfortable and cosy shopping area all under one roof. I remember this place from the 70s when it was a market and it still has its charm and vibrant atmosphere.

Once anchored by Debenhams, this rejuvenated old market hall is still fighting to stay relevant. It has a decent set of restaurants and bars in the basement, and a good selection of shops.
However, housing a model railway club and a unit (closed on Saturday) for Bolton University suggests that even this, the most up to date and relevant part of the town centre, is struggling to attract stores.
Still, it is an attractive centre with a cinema and deserves to be more popular.

The mall seems nice with interesting shops and bars, however the management has a discriminatory policy against Palestinians. I was on my way back from a hike on Winter Hill and I had my Palestinian flag with me. We were walking through to try to find a place to have a drink in the vaults (cool underground place). Members of security approached us asking that I furl up the flag. I eventually complied with this and as we were about to settle in and buy a drink a member of security with heavy tattoos and a shaved head came and asked me to leave despite my compliance. No discussion, no understanding. This was clearly an act of discrimination.

Much better now they finished the cinema - free parking for 60 minutes if shopping is ok but was 90 and that was so much better but get free parking if going to the cinema to watch a film. Good variety of shops. New restaurants in the basement are a great improvement.
