Our trip was a success! We were able to experience all the beauty of the English Countryside, at a steady pace and enough of a challenge! The trip was made better by the excellent coordination of the group at Maximum Adventures. They booked the best accommodations at convenient locations to facilitate a good nights rest after a day of walking. The coach service that shuttled our gear were prompt and always had our luggage safely at our destination. We had occasion to speak with other travelers, by all accounts, we scored with Maximum Adventures! Gus and Sylvia Martinez from Gustavus AK.

We had a great experience cycling from London to Amsterdam. Ollie and Martin were excellent guides - knowledgeable, helpful, caring. They took time to understand the group and lead it in a way that made everyone happy. The support van was well stocked with water and snacks to keep us going.

I am not going to lie, the London-Dover/Calais stretch was gruelling! But with well timed stops in quirky places and a bit of banter we all made it in the end. I couldn't recommend Ollie, Martin and Maximum Adventure more!

We just got home from our 8-days Hadrian's Wall hike and we just loved it!
Everything was perfectly organized!

We had great B&Bs and hotels with very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Our favorite was the Dacre House with Clare. But then again, all were great!
The luggage was always at the day's destination, no matter how early we got to the accommodation.
The description of how to get to the accommodations were clear and precise.
The road map and the guide book were waiting for us as we got to the first B&B and were very helpful and interesting

Maximum Adventure supported out 14-member hiking group in our 9-day traverse of the West Highland Way. The accommodations were excellent, and our luggage transfers all went very smoothly. They maintained good communications with us and provided very useful suggestions. All in all, they were critical in making our trip one of a lifetime! Thank you!

Cycle challenge from London to Brussels
A fantastic trip that was well organised and supported. A big thank you to our guide Ollie and support vehicle driver Martin who managed the entire challenge and team fantastically. I 100% recommend maximum adventure and cannot thank them enough. We raised a fantastic amount of money for charity and bonded as a team over the experience. This was all enhanced by the team at maximum adventure and nothing was too much trouble for Ollie and Martin. Good hotels and stops built in and all travel plans were perfect. Thanks again both and the entire team, we are already planning our next adventure! 😊

Myself & three other friends walked the Great Glen Way over 7 days in May 2024. The scenery was beautiful and varied from the Caledonian Canal, along lochs, through forests and across moorlands.
Whins and brooms were in full bloom and we could hear a cuckoo call at a few different locations.
The accommodation and baggage carrying between was organised by Maximum Adventure and it was all excellent.
We always looked forward each day to a good evening meal and hot shower.
The longest day was around 13 to 14 miles and this was made possible by splitting the walk between Drumnadrochit and Inverness.
I would highly recommend Maximum Adventure to anyone and would have no hesitation in using their services in the future.

Maximum Adventure took away any challenges we may have had in booking a week long trip to the West Highland Way. As busy people we just needed everything to be done ahead of our trip - and MaxAd did just that. Can’t thank Nathalie enough for all her hard work, friendliness and professionalism. What an amazing week we had - the route is spectacular, we met the loveliest people along the way and all the accommodation was great. Big shout out to Forest View guesthouse in Kinlochleven - beautiful place, superb host and THE best porridge I’ve ever had!!

Fantastic! Our guide Mike helped us complete the Yorks 3 Peaks on 1 June 2024, what an amazing day. First time ever on a mountain, we had trained in the Lincolnshire wolds but no amount of training could have prepared us for this challenge.
