Found webpage through Google, responded to message immediately, came and removed old fire, advised to have a chimney sweep prior to fitting a new fire, number of a service provided for this. Advice given in regards to which fires were suited etc...quick turn around, fire ordered, and fitted today. Reliable, trust worthy and a good job done. Definitely would recommend 👌

If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I recommend The Fire Store not only for the responsive service, but for professional advice in choosing the right fire and for the thoroughness of completing the installation and safety checks. Robin found we had a gas leak in the house not related to the fire installation and stayed until he was able to ensure the house was safe and a trusted engineer could come out with the equipment needed to find the leak. The issue was sorted same day, which was a miracle on a Friday. We are really happy with the fire chosen and it is working perfectly. Thank you Robin.
