What stands out about White Lodge is the family atmosphere within. Management and staff are true dedicated professionals caring for residents in community style. Having placed our Mother here for the last 18 months, my family can all testify that we are overjoyed to have found this jewel.
All members of the care staff and behind the scenes workers are to be commended for their love, care and attention not just towards residents but to their respective families too.
There is much attention paid to maintaining up to date procedures and policies and the home is very well managed and maintained.
They are particulary competent in caring for dementia sufferers and we have no reservation in giving our full recomendation.

My Father has been at White Lodge for a few months now. The care and attention that he receives is second to none. I have visited people in care homes but none have been anywhere as good as White Lodge. Most important is that all the staff speak English.

I would say that White Lodge is a very caring and happy home.

Amazing staff. Loving, caring end of life care given to my Dad . Brilliant home would recommend this home to anyone looking to place their loved one into the care of others, difficult decisions but you will be able to know your loved one is being cared for 100%. Thank you to all management and dedicated staff you're all amazing .

My grandfather was here for respite. My mother was exhausted, as her mum has dementia. Her dad was the love of her life. You took that from my mum. He was in your care, you didn't notice he was dying. My grandad was dying in your so called care. He died in hospital, along with the other womam in your care who had flu symptoms also. You killed my grandfather with you lack of care. I will be on your case.

excellent site The first thing that catches the attention is the place where it is located, it stands out above the other sites, then the security of the headquarters. The manager from a beginning can be seen that is an experienced person and knowledge of their profession, and yet compassionate. The atmosphere is beautiful and the person is very well prepared/ hermoso lugar con personal comprometido.
