I've been working with Melu now for a few months and I've been really really impressed.

They are very responsive to our needs and they're quality of work is excellent. All of the support agents speak in exactly the tone we need and they've taken all of the information on board perfectly.

The dashboard is fantastic and easy to use. You can pull up all the chats and get a great overview of the number of leads generated from live chats.

Lee - the Co-Founder & Director - is a great guy who I initially met at a trade show and he's been super helpful throughout the process.

We like Melu. Having tried to handle a chat function on the website ourselves, this is such an easy option and much more effective than DIY.
