I just bought a canvas and I was super pleased with the quality. They were really friendly as I asked for them to check my photo first and they even advised me what finish I should pick. Will definitely be purchasing from MGCDigital again.

ORDER NEVER RECIEVED! As a start up business, I first approached this company back in February and initially received extremely good service. However, having paid a good few hundred pounds up front, I had to push and push for my order. First it went missing in the post, then I missed another deadline and had to rearrange my shoot. When my package finally arrived, weeks later, only half the order was in it. I was told there was a family bereavement and of course in the circumstances it was no problem to wait however I have now been promised, at least 6 times that the rest of my order would be completed and/or a refund given and to date, at the end of July, I still have neither, leaving me £150 short with no goods to show for it. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional, not to mention the taking of my money!!!

Extremely slow service and poor communication. Quality of work looks decent when it finally gets done but my shop sign stopped working and part of it fell off within days of installation. Very slow responses when complaints were made and nothing has yet been done months after the problems arose with outstanding work to be completed despite paying up front and regular reminders.

Although delivery period is a little longer than some whilst they streamline their services, the quality and value dramatically make up for this. My last customer was extremely happy with the quality and I was more than happy with the price. Already have another job on the go with them.

These guys were fantastic start to finish with the design and install of the van signage. Im not very artistic myself and gave them free reign and they came up with more than i was expecting. I also had some advertising boards and banner made which were outstanding. Very good price and very accomodating to fit me in during this busy period. I cant reccomend these guys enough.
