Doctors and Nurses on the Sarum Health Group side of things have always been amazing. The rather rude receptionist has all the warmth and approachability of a still frozen Findus Crispy Pancake though, certainly not a ‘people person’.

I have always had fast efficient professional care . I have found communication to be excellent, from the initial contact via phone or telephone triage or when attending in person from the team . I am in the healthcare profession and I am so lucky to have such a great GP service. Thank you to all the team at Larkhill and Millstream.

Always busy in the morning
Once you get through, receptionist says
No more doctors available on that day.
They tell you to go online and filled the (econsult),
That’s their new protocol but didn’t bother to notify the patients ( what if some circumstances online is not accessible)
Some of the receptionist in this medical centre are rude and unhelpful.
Someone might wonder, what’s the point of being there sitting in the front desk sipping brew if at the end, after hours of trying to get through on the phone, they just simply say go online.
