No confirmation emails given with orders. No delivery updates. I ordered a piece of non-personalised club kit. It was too small. I called to ask about exchanging but was told this wasn't possible. Money down the drain. Terrible customer service.

I also had my card details stolen after using this company. How can they be allowed to keep trading like this? They have clearly known about card security issues for months (if not years) and have not resolved the issues. If you have to use them, absolutely do not pay by card.

Horrible company. Their delivery times are terrible and so is their customer service — after two months and several e-mails + phone calls I'm still awaiting their answer on a query. Cherry on the cake: they also had a serious security breach with their online payment method leading to large sums of money taken from customers' accounts. Avoid!

Horrendous. Very slow delivery and a non existent returns policy. I have been on the phone to them everyday for 3 weeks after finally receiving the clothes, and I am still waiting for a call back to sort out a return! Absolutely awful.
