We have used Joel and Monopoly Insurance for the last 5 years. They have provided us with a great service at competitive prices. Dealing with a grade 2 listed property with a restaurant on the ground floor can be challenging, but Joel had the service providers to be able to meet all the challenges along the way.

Thank you for the excellent service. We had an issue with Home Insurance for a property in Probate as the existing insurance company would not continue cover following the passing of our relative and the property becoming unoccupied. We contacted Monopoly Insurance and they were excellent in the service provided. They listened to our description of the situation, understood the position and quickly provided a number of options for us to consider which resolved the issues. When we had decided on a way forward they were exceptionally prompt, courteous and efficient in arranging the cover required and putting our minds at rest.
