I manage 2 businesses and recently used Mr Flyer to distribute for both. I find that the office staff are polite and extremely courteous and professional. I have used Mr Flyer several times now and I have found them to be very knowledgeable when helping me to target areas with my various campaigns. With my last distribution, I had a major crisis with my print run and missed the delivery deadline but I got in touch with Mr Flyer and they took the stress from me and had the leaflets printed for me. I love the fact that I can see where the distribution is at and that I can rest assured that safeguards are in place to ensure that my leaflets reach their destination.

Very disappointed with Mr Flyer. I had booked to deliver 10,000 flyers around Glasgow. I had requested specific postcode to be sent in order of preference, without consulting me they omitted some of my preferred postcodes due to their own views on what my target audience might be.

In trying to resolve this I had asked they either deliver to the omitted postcode or refund the money for the 1300 or so they missed which was declined, instead they tried to up-sell to me and request I spend another £850 with them to cover the postcode that was missed.

Very very poor service, even worse customer complaints procedure and would not consider using again. Over £1,000 down the drain.
