After being let down at incredibly short notice by Vistaprint we had no option but to source an alternative supplier for flags and banners, we settled with a different online retailer who, like Vista, had no problem offering a quick turn around and taking our payment. As time was short and a let down had already occured I called the online retailer to confirm that everything had gone through ok with the order. I'm glad I did as when they looked into the order they found they were unable to fulfil it within the advertised delivery time due to a website fault.

We tried Nettl of Exeter next and in future will make them our first stop.

The service from Tom and the team was second to none and despite our job containing a little more work than expected (due to our sizing being done for the previous suppliers) they pulled it out of the bag with remarkable efficiency and fantastic communication.

On the whole their prices came in a little higher than our previous quotes but I can confidently say that they were worth every penny.

Their unit on Marsh Barton was smart, well kept and is well set up to host design meetings with ample sitting space, numerous life size examples of their products and a selection of hot drinks available at a reasonable rate. On arrival the whole team was on hand to assist with the packing down of the flags and banners (which were set up and looking great) and to offer advice on care for the items.

I strongly recommend you see what they can do for you!

The Exeter meeting room was spacious, clean and well equipped with multiple electric sockets. The TV on the wall was a nice touch, as was the decoration. With nice clean toilets, and the quite frankly lovely (FREE) coffee, I will definately be renting a room here in Exeter again. Staff couldn't do enough. V Happy and deffo 5 stars deserved,

we used nettl for all of our business graphics. The includes 2x types of logos, front of shop signage, A feature wall and the website.

we first tried a competitor of theirs. we were completely dismayed at the graphics they designed and also was told off by the owner because we didn't like the logo they produced.

we went to nettl and they were absolutely amazing. Chris Coombes was in charge of our logos and he was literally on the money straight off the bat on the first revision. he just totally understood what we wanted and actually listened to us. he was such a craftsman and good at what he does.

we then had martin manage our overall project. he was so good, he was patient and communicated well. he really got our project up and going. we had all the signage installed and it is literally incredible. it looks amazing and everyone comments about it. I've been told it is the best looking shop front their ever seen in the industry.. which is a massive compliment. thank you to The whole nettl team you have all be amazing!
