Like a previous reviewer said, I’d also give this shop owner a 0 stars if that was an option. I was filming a parcel, and the parcel only, whilst sending it via Yodel in this shop. He started saying “why are you filming me? You didn’t ask for my permission.” I explained to him that he wasn’t at all in the camera frame, and that I’m only filming the parcel as it was a high priced item that I wanted to document for my own safety as a lot of people say that they haven’t received stuff. He then told me to show him the video, and I said I will once the Yodel label had been stuck on as I don’t want to stop and start separate videos and asked him if he wouldn’t mind sticking the label on so I could then show him the video. He outright said “no”. I explained the whole situation about me filming it to cover myself with postage, and again explained that he isn’t at all in the video. He went on to say “my voice is though, you didn’t ask for permission.” He was extremely rude and make me feel really uncomfortable. I was alone and felt like he was trying to intimidate me. I showed him the video and apologised for not asking, but stated that it’s a public place and as he wasn’t in the frame, I don’t need to ask for permission to record MY parcel. I will NEVER come back here again. Avoid this shop at all cost.

Store recently had refitted looks nice now with great Mondeleze Cadbury display front of the store and many variety on candy’s chocolates and biscuits store also stock great protein bars grenade with all flavours on main fixture. Great location on the High Street as well.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.
The shop owner is passive aggressive and gas lighter! Had two parcels delivered was updated via yodel that parcels arrived but no barcode sent he couldn’t find one parcel but said he resent other and then received barcode for one parcel. Refused to do the same for the 2nd and said if he respected me he’d do this and was shouting at me! I explained I have a disability two chronic illnesses I’m a good person and don’t have the energy to keep coming back and forth for the parcel he still refused to look for the 2nd and send the barcode! I returned with my boyfriend when I finally got the barcode 2 days later and he didn’t say a word… just likes to intimidate young women alone.

Avoid. An unpleasant and arrogant attitude of the owner is unacceptable - if he has an issue with too many school aged people in his shop he needs to control himself.
How sad as the previous owners were courteous and professional. I'm very surprised that Yodel, Collect+, Amazon etc have anything to do with him.

The absolute rudest shop keeper ever! Avoid! I witnessed this man being rude to 2 people before me, and they were calling him rude, and moody when it came to my turn, he point blank, refused to add my discount to my oyster card stating that the photo, which is a new photo and the same one used for my passport which has never been queried by anyone before, saying it didn't look like me. When I threatened to report him to oyster, he then started insulting me, saying it must have been taken 10 years ago, or was the photo of my daughter. I never realised I needed to put a full set of make-up on just to get my oyster card valid. this person should not be able to trade, and should have his licence removed, let alone be allowed to pretend to offer services such as oyster, amazon, paypoint etc etc, which he is clearly refusing to do. Avoid, avoid, avoid . One star is one star too many. Would give him zero . Horrible vile man.

Went there to use the Collect+ service but they turned me away stating that they are not taking returns for two weeks without giving any reason.

I’ll be using a different Collect+ service point in the future.
