I was getting back into HIFI after a long period of time so I was starting like a complete newcomer.
I visited several dealers within reasonable travelling distance.

My first visit to Nintronics was just by turning up, not realising they make appointments, but, luckily, they had someone available to show me around.

I finally settled on Nintronics as I liked the way they dealt with me and liked their demo rooms, although the price range of equipment was a little frightening.

Based on the price range of available equipment my likely expenditure was very small but the attention to detail, advice and suggestions was like I was looking at the top range equipment.

I had at least 5 visits, several setup demonstrations and numerous phone discussions and yet there was never any pressure over the 3 months of working and ordering piecemeal towards my final choice.

As previously reported by others there was the occasional delay in getting back to me, but they are not a 24/7 operating showroom.

They are not a high pressure lowest priced setup but they were competitive within the market and actually price matched an item that had a main market reduction.

This week the setup was finally installed.
Amp, main speakers, turntable, streamer and speakers in two other rooms.

I have since been on the phone with some queries, which were dealt with in the same professional way. Maybe I was lucky with my main contact though I think it was there normal working ways.

Absolutely First Class customer service, and fantastic pricing! Their warehouse guys were swamped and my schedule was very tight, so one of the amazing Team at Nintronics DROVE his own car on a 4 hour return journey to delivery my new gear! I couldn’t believe it! Thanks to Demi and the team here, I’m about to place my next order!!

Absolutely exemplary service. We live an hour away, and Nintronics came here 3 times to ensure we got the perfect setup. I would like to thank Roger, Adam, Andy, and particularly Will, who came 3 times. The guys spent hours here making very fine adjustments to perfectly match the B&W801D4s with the REL212SX subwoofers. What sets these guys apart is they have contracts with all the key names, like B&W and Kef. They take the time to get to know you, what you listen to, how you listen to it and the environment you are listening in. They then can make an impartial recommendation based on what is best for you. It takes a special system to pressurise a large room with high ceilings, and this is what has been achieved.

Great buying experience with great service from Simon ,Demi and Pheobe ,speakers arrived next day in original packaging and in great condition as described .I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Nintronics to others and will hopefully again in the future

Couldn't recommend more of this Hifi dealer. The after sale service is excellent as I experienced in my recent purchase of a pair of Marten speakers having to resolve a minor issue. Equally impressive is the equipment audition process in which I could self-service playing all my test LP/CD freely in the showroom without any interruption or pressure of buying. Such environment offered a chance of intensive listening and yielded a detailed assessment of the products for an informed trading decision.
