Over the moon!
My PC had decided that enough was enough of this home working and died. It is under warranty but I haven't been able to get hold of anyone it is under with to get it fixed. We use Northstar for our IT support at work and I decided to see if they could help. Well, they went above and beyond. They tried remote fixing it but that didn't work, we then went down other routes to see if it could still be fixed under warranty but to no avail (all require the seller to contact them, who I can't get hold of) They then had to take the pc and get it fixed at their office (keeping to all social distancing) in a day it was fixed. I am absolutely over the moon. Not only is it working but they assisted with what I should do next as it requires an update that only punch technology can provide.
During these uncertain times they have done a fab job. Now have one happy PC owner (me) and one happy PC (see in pictures) 🙂

Only care about money, Christian underpays his staff and also overcharges his customers! (You are not allowed to talk about wages for fear that he might have to pay everyone fairly) NO SICK PAY!!! Office is behind a tip and has rats, can’t eat at your desk so have to eat in a room with bars on the windows and no sunlight and generally the atmosphere was enough to make you wanna end it all! Christian rules the company through fear threatening the most vulnerable at every stage

Wish I could put half a star, stay away if you value human rights.
