I just recently been to see one of the assistants at Novelwall , 2 hours I spent in their office including waiting time over 1 hour. There should be more staff in order to deal with the applicants and obviously it is not pleasant at all to wait for so long, but of course that it has to do with the people who has got the power to take decisions in the company and not the staff. Also by reading the reviews from others experience I can suggest to the superior managers to rethink the way how they address to the people they want/try to register and the motivation given to the staff you hire as I can see another review there is a negative review about unpaid staff as well. I'm sure there can be done something in the right direction in order to make the applicants happy and the staff as well. Good luck and looking forward to see positive achievements !

Novelwall provided a fantastic service in supporting me with my enrolment for my International MBA at Anglia Ruskin University. I wanted to enhance my career prospects with a postgraduate degree for a while, and the Novelwall team did a great job in guiding me through the application process, ensuring I was accepted. I was hesitant in application for a Masters Degree for a while, even overwhelmed by making the choice for the right university, as well as having to deal with all the paperwork. Azra Faisal of the Novelwall team was particularly attentive to my unique situation also, being a mature student, as we’re her colleagues. I had some hurdles with the application, mostly delays in getting transcripts from my undergraduate degree, and other paperwork, and Azra was proactive and resource in coming up with solutions.
