Please everyone be careful of this company!

I worked with them on an event that I run and organise and I can only say I was disappointed! The posts they carried out was horrendous, none engaging, only carried out 40 percent of the work they sent over in a proposal! ( I have evidence of this ) after this I told them I didn’t want them to carry out anymore work on our event and to remove all my accounts, passwords or details they have of myself and my business’s on there system but clearly didn’t as they changed myself to been an analyst and took it upon themselves to put themselves as the ‘owner’ of these pages WHICH THEY ARE NOT!

NOVUS marketing DO NOT own any rights to my pages this is both business identity fraud and copyright! NOVUS marketing are holding images of children they don’t own parental concent of, personal data of mine and personal data of clients! They are black mailing me with giving it back I till I pay the full invoice fee, but I refuse to pay a full invoice amount for what work was carried out ( only 40 percent )
