I hired an artworker on Fiverr to design and print leaflets and a roller banner for a tradeshow, and she let me down at the last minute. On recommendation, I contacted OfficeWyse and Allan immediately stepped in to help.

On a super tight deadline of just three hours to send the artwork to the printers in time for the show, Allan managed to design both leaflets and roller banner and send them off. They arrived on time ready for the tradeshow. Exceptional service at very competitive prices.

My Wife went in to pick some new ink cartridges.
She was greeted in the usual friendly manner, also very helpful and informative about a new printer she is looking for.

On the return home one of the cartridges would not work.
I called the shop to let them know but could not get through, With in 15 minutes Tim had returned my call where I’d explained my issue.

I was expecting to be asked to bring cartridges back for swapping over…. Tim asked if I would like them delivered to us and within the next hour and half our new ones were delivered.

Tim came in and fitted them and ran all the setup tests for us.

He came to my home and set up a new Epson printer for me, he was polite, professional and extremely knowledgable about the printer, he took the time to show me how it worked and how to get the best out of it. They set it up for me initially and when I changed my wireless setup at home, they spent ages on the phone guiding me through the steps to help me reconnect, even though this is not their job.
