I bought a house with a large side garden which I planned to build a double extension on, after finding existing plans for a single side extension (passed but not carried out) on the council website from 2015 which Keith had designed, I decided to contact Keith to see if he could amend his existing plans to suite mine.

After the call, Keith and I met and had a in-depth conversation on what would work and what wouldn’t, Keith was very informative of the current building regulations.

Very soon after our meeting I was sent the amended plans for a single back and double side extension.

Once looked over and agreed on Keith took charge and submitted the plans to the local council where he kept in contact with me at each stage informing me of every conversations with the planning officer.

The plans were passed at the earliest opportunity and now I am ready for the build.

I would recommend Keith to anyone who is looking for an Architect.

In 2018 Keith Churchill of Ondesign helped my young family out of a jam. My growing girls were sharing bunk beds and the rest of the house was bursting at the seams.
