I spent two months trying to book a specific billboard space and their communication was hopeless. I was initially informed about availability and requested to book. No response. When I chased them up the space had gone for that initial period and I was offered another slot. I quickly replied and requested to book the space for that new slot, and once again, no reply for several weeks. When I chased up again, that slot had also been taken. I've emailed twice since, to two individuals at the business, asking again for availability and trying to understand where the problem lies in the booking process. No reply from either person. 18 days since my last emails and... silence. Unfortunately we have now missed the chance to book a specific billboard at a critical time, which has been a massive disappointment.

Absolutely appalling service! I drove over an hour to this printing company, trusting their Google listing and website, both of which said they were open. When I arrived, I was told over the intercom that they would not serve me because it was a Friday afternoon. Nowhere was this mentioned online or anywhere else—just pure laziness from the staff. It seems like they couldn’t be bothered to do their job at the end of the week. This is completely unprofessional and a waste of time. If you value your time, avoid this place. They clearly don’t care about their customers!

Great experience working with Out of Hand on some new custom folded leaflets, we had previously been let down by two major printers (InstantPrint and SoloPress) and so were anxious right up until our leaflets arrived that there would be another email saying 'no can do'.

The leaflets we received were perfect, arrived promptly and folded correctly (Phew!).

Wouldn't hesitate to use Out of Hand again and would highly recommend their services.

Out of Hand are just superb.
The team are always incredibly helpful and friendly - particular mention to the brilliance that is Mattaea on the poster campaign side, and Thea on the printing - which makes life so much easier.
The quality of print is always high and their eco credentials align with ours.

I have used Out of Hand to distribute and print flyers and posters for well over 15 years now. I have always found their service and attention to detail first rate. Its so important to have a reliable print and distribution company to work with and Out Of Hand are the only people I trust time and time again to deliver punctually and at a cost that is competitive. Also, they are easy to work with and very friendly.

This firm took our money but failed to deliver the service we paid to receive. Trust is a huge factor in the flyer distribution business but naturally we always perform checks on new suppliers.

Out Of Hand claim to demonstrate staff are doing their jobs by getting them to send you selfies at the beginning and end of the booked shifts. But our photos show their staff did not actually work for the allotted time.

When we performed a check, at 6pm on 24 March 2017 at Bethnal Green Tube Station, we found no sign of the Out Of Hand distributors we had booked to work from 5pm - 7pm. When we contacted Out Of Hand's commercial director Nigel Muntz we were at first told the distributors had all "gone to get a bottle of water".

We acquired photographic evidence showing the distributors were not present at the location and we waited until 7pm to confirm they did not return to complete any part of the shift.
