We have worked with Paragon a number of times and always found them to be professional and efficient. As a marketing agency, we can drive the leads, but found qualifying and converting was becoming a struggle as we became busier, and so we needed extra support in booking our appointments.
The appointments booked were good quality and matched our brief well, allowing us to free-up internal capacity for delivery, and allowing us to continue on our growth-trajectory.

Paragon started on our campaigns in November 2023, and have had great success getting leads. We have weekly meetings on progress and direction, and regular contact with the Project Manager. Very professional and friendly, and due to the success and partnership we have built already, we have extended the contract to carry on through 2024.

Unfortunately not a great experience for us. We had some issues with the first team member assigned to us, activity levels were way below where they should of been. This was dealt with two thirds of the way through, and we were given a great account manager, however because of the mess with the first one, he wasn't able to gain traction regarding the data or training - that had been given to the first account manager. All in all, it was a waste of money and I wish the sales person had been honest when I had spoken to him about what they could/couldnt' do

We've recently started a campaign with Paragon. I was sceptical after experiences with other telemarketing companies, but Paragon have already secured us 2 new clients and some good leads into others. Communication and updates with us are good so we always know what's going on and I especially like the call recording so I know exactly what's been said and agreed with the prospect. CMe Media experienced a very successful project using these guys. They clearly have huge experience and from the initial outlining of the brief, Owen made it his business to really get an understanding of ours.
