I did a 3 hour bus journey to start a new job got there and they wouldn't let me in because I'd found my own way there earhrer than using the transport that pertemps had offered even though I'd emailed them days before saying I was making my own way there. I had to call my partner up at 11 o clock at night to drive all the way to come get me. No apologies just incompetent idiots and I want my money back I wasted getting a bus pass for the week or I'm taking this further.
