Brilliant service! Greeted at the door every time, staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great range of products, I wish they had more Christmas stock for pets other than dogs though!! There’s nothing even for cats 🙁

I went to get some fish from this store, and during the conversation with one of member staff that I interrupted them from deep conversation, she came and explain all things that are good and what are not good when you are buying fish, what is good…. And explained the risks all this stuff that is pretty understandable, at the end of conversation she says that I can’t get any of the fish because of the code of the fish protection.

In my opinion they just told us off, or they are racist with non English people, or they wouldn’t like to do extra move to get me a fish. And when I asked another member of staff that she was interrupted too from conversation with other staff she explained me in a rude manner that all that says her colleague is true.
