Philip Booth estate agent is very honest on valuations and give a realistic price a home is worth. They are an independent estate agent and therefore are invested in giving the best of service.
I can't give them enough praise for their communication and advice over the process which we all know is very stressful.
All l can say to finish is that I don't think you can get any better service from an estate agent.

Absolutely faultless from start to finish.

Where to start?
Well, everyone we dealt with was superb, Emma, George and even Philip himself went above and beyond at every stage of the (often complicated) process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, communication was always available - we had a myriad of questions, not only with the sale of of the property but also with the onward purchase, all dealt with brilliantly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Philip Booth Esq and would genuinely urge anyone buying or selling a property to make sure they are your first (and only) option.

They really are the very best in the business and we cannot thank you enough for looking after us.

I would highly recommend the team at Philip Booth - and that’s saying something as my normal experience of estate agents isn’t great! The whole team are so efficient, knowledgeable about the area/market and honestly their customer service was amazing. I had a tricky personal situation with my sale and they all went over and above to help me where they could. Big shout out particularly to George who did lots of background work and Emma and Phil you know you’re just great!
