We approached Pipeline Digital for help with some internal business challenges. Pete and Harry took the time to understand our workflow in detail and explored ways to support us in our daily operations.

We came to Pipeline with a specific problem that took a great deal of manual time and opened up many chances for errors by transferring data from one spreadsheet to another. We showed them what we wanted to achieve in terms of output and management reporting. Harry and Pete at Pipeline Digital took on board everything that was said and came up with a solution that achieved what we required. We now have "live" data/reporting as sales are made comparing Budget v Actual and a breakdown of what stage the Actual Sales are at. This live data also gives the Budget v Actual for each sales person to make up the total. This has cut out a great deal of time and also allows for real time management of sales and the sales time in light of the Budget targets for each month. The report also gives cumulative from January to date for both the total and individuals. Well done guys !

As a private school looking for a website redesign and relaunch, it was key that we could work with a company/individual who understood the nature of schools and the education sector. I have found the new website structure and design much easier to update content regularly (even for a tech dinosaur like myself!) plus Harry is always on hand to point me in the right direction if I can't find the answer in their bespoke training manual and documentation that came with the website. We have had some very positive feedback from staff and current parents who now enjoy looking at the website and can easily find what they are looking for under much more streamlined content and obvious navigational areas. We were keen to meet the dyslexic needs of our community and the text and colours used have had a huge thumbs up as well, which is great to realise after our discussions at the design and build stage.
