Wow what can I say apart from exceptional! What a fantastic couple ! Jason and Gemma were so amazing to contact and chat to , very understanding about our children and his needs , they made booking a party so easy and nothing was to much to ask for .
The soft play was amazing and so clean and tidy , the sensory area was outstanding and attention to detail for the birthday boys interests was heart felt , sea life toys in the food room was just perfect 🤩 the food and gift bags were just perfect in every way. We can’t wait to book another party 🥳 we can’t thank you both enough for the fantastic hospitality and kindness, we look forward to seeing you again . Thank you to the team for helping us celebrate our daughter’s 5th birthday this weekend. The children had a lovely time, enjoyed the food, and most importantly the play. Parents commented on how clean it was (big bonus in a soft play!) & the coffees and cakes were great. I’d definitely recommend the party package which was excellent value & took all the stress from us as parents.

We hosted a joint birthday party at platform 3 today and wow, what an amazing experience from the point of booking. The process was so simple and the team (even during handover of ownership between) were so informative and did the brunt of the work. We simply brought a cake! Can’t thank the team enough and will definitely be back for any future parties. Thank you so much for making Edie & Adam’s day so special x

Took our grandchildren on a miserable Sunday afternoon. It's not the biggest indoor play we've visited but the range of play equipment, including smaller toys, made it a true delight, and kept our 8 and 5 year old grandkids amused for ages. Add to this friendly staff and a reasonably priced cafe, it all made for an enjoyable visit.

Small play centre for children, lots of food options, even gluten free. Under 4 section needs more supervision as much bigger children were there. Only one battery operated toy worked, others did not. Food and drink prices on the web need updating.
