Platinum Creative have been absolutely brilliant in creating a brand new website for us after we decided it was time for a full refresh.
Colin and Stuart are really friendly and approachable, they made the whole process incredibly straightforward, taking time to understand exactly what we were looking for initially then communications clearly at every step of the journey to make sure we knew exactly what to expect. Nothing was too much trouble, even though we changed our mind several times throughout the process! Their attention to detail made the whole process really simple and they were totally responsive and organised at all times; we always felt they were on top of things and looking after or best interests.
The Craft CMS system is brilliant, it's incredibly user friendly and simple to use and the 3 staff who've been working on it have all commented on how great it is to use and how quickly they picked it up. Any updates can now be done so easily and in the unlikely event we ever need a hand with anything slightly more complicated we know that Colin and Stuart are on the other end of the phone to give us a hand!
Overall we couldn't be happier that we chose Platinum Creative and we look forward to working with them on an ongoing basis.
