Very poor managnent on Riverside wharf estate in Dartford
fire alarm in bin store need battery change (noise sound every 30 sek.) same in bicycle storage fire alarm need battery exchange.
No responding for damage reports from last 2 months
only collect money

My partner owns a home that pm-uk started managing last year. Our entrance security door to our homes has been left broken for over four months, with a paper sign taped on the glass from pm-uk acknowledging it is broken two months ago. They do not seem to care that anyone can access our undercroft parking or letter boxes. Fingers crossed an online review will get the job completed and we all will get the service we are charged for.

Very poor management of Eleanor close estate. Grass and hedges left overgrown and attracting flytipping. Just one excuse after the other and no work done.

We have been dealing with PMUK with regards to an management pack for one of our clients home . i have to say Matt has been amazing from start to finish and acted on getting the pack out in a super quick time . i would also like to say all the other staff members i have spoken to have also been really helpfully and friendly nothing is to much trouble .
