We wanted to work with Positive Sparks as they appeared to offer a performance based service. After an initial consultation we agreed to do a 3 month retainer but this became 7 months on an overpriced plan after being told we didn't qualify for the performance based service. I believe it was quite misleading and the results were not what we were expecting. We've achieved much better sales with another agency since parting with PS

Where to begin! Positive Sparks was a referral from a trusted friend in the CPG space and we couldn't be happier. The entire team, including the owner Phil, are absolutely fantastic humans and they really know what they are doing. We have had experience with over 4 different paid social agencies and PS was by far the best..

They took time to explain the ios update and, luckily, we didn't even see much of a drop because they were so ahead of things and had been testing so many different avenues so they knew what worked for us. (other brands we knew of were really struggling but we barely saw any drop in ROAS)

They watch your budget VERY carefully, as if it were their own, which is rare. Their pricing model is fair for everyone and and at no point did I ever wonder if I could trust them (not the case with other agencies).

I have been working with Positive Sparks for about 4 years now, Phil and his team have a refreshingly commercial and dare I say even entrepreneurial attitude that is a revelation.

They are at heart a performance based agency, in that they care about the ROI and will highlight any issues and work with the client to optimize and strive for your sales rather than their fees.

I've dealt with many so called "digital marketing specialists" over the years, in both Search Engine Optimisation and also in the Pay Per Click field.
Many will rely upon the fact that the client doesn't have access to the same reporting tools and simply provide graphs at the end of each month to justify the fees.

Commercial viability was always obscured behind a curtain of Jargon.

If you want to sell online or sell more effectively online do contact them they are truly unique in the sector and once you've had your eyes open to a real digital partnership you can never go back.

I cannot recommend them enough, in both results and overall service they care about your success as if it were their own (and it is).

I hope to continue working with them for years to come, I cannot imagine going back to the bad old days now.
