Thoroughly recommend Priests for both car servicing and purchasing.
Started using Priests to service my old car. Great customer service, not overpriced and kept informed along the way.
Decided it was time to change my car. At no point on the process did I feel I was being sold a car by James, I was choosing to buy one from him. There is quite a difference to how you feel as a customer. James was helpful, patient and made me feel appreciated as a customer.
Some great used/nearly new cars to choose from.
Highly recommend this family run garage.

Although Priests is a Ford dealer it is also a family run business & it shows as the standard of service is exceptional. High quality workmanship is matched with excellent customer service at reasonable prices - highly recommended.

I last bought a car from Priests 14 years ago. I was pleased to find the sales and service team are largely unchanged since then. This time, I treated myself to a used Mazda MX5. James is friendly, professional, unpushy and communicative. The car was prepared to a very high standard and looks, drives and feels brand new. Very pleased. Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service. Booked online initially for an MOT and essential service for my car, and even though there were some details that needed sorting, everything got straightened out via a quick call with an extremely polite employee.
The team called up with an update during the service and an comprehensive video of the the completed checks.

I picked up my new car from Priests yesterday and couldn't be happier with the service I have received throughout. James was particularly helpful, as was his colleague Dominic. It was especially good because I am 50+ and handled everything myself, which we all know can mean being dealt with differently to a male customer, but this was not the case at all with Priests.
Highly recommended for professional and courteous service from start to finish.

This is the second occasion we have used this company.
We have found them to be very good and helpful.
James in particular is really professional and very good at communicating making the process very smooth.
I run several company vans and use another dealer who are nowhere near as professional or helpful.
If they dealt with vans I would not hesitate to use them for all our needs.
