They ring the office pretending to be a courier, saying they have an undelivered document for the CEO sent from one of your large customers and that it needs to be re-delivered and signed for. They then take your mobile number so they can ensure it gets to you. They then ring the mobile to try and sell you advertisement space at events. Unfortunately it wont allow me to give them zero stars!

Have received multiple calls to my personal phone number despite telling them that I am on maternity leave and giving them an alternative contact. The people I speak to (normally someone called Jack) are incredibly rude and abrupt. Either they are incapable of making notes on their system or they simply ignore what I say. Either way, they are not professional.

My office received a phone call on Monday from someone allegedly from DHL to ask for my mobile number to confirm a delivery from Companies House. No delivery arrived? The following day I received a call on my mobile from Project 11 trying to flog advertising. Coincidence maybe? I don't think so!
