Operator Man/Boy answers and is very rude and no matter what question you ask or whoever you wish to be put through to is unavailable, not at their desk or out of office.

I asked to be put through to someone who has left the organisation and was told to send an email and someone will get back to me. I appreciate processes however being spoken to by a man/boy in that manner is unprofessional and gives a Public Relations Firm a bad look.

I would advise to be more professional and treat calls like their clients if Propeller Group wish to stay in the market.

I won't be ever offering business to this company. Terrible experience.

Press group for ‘Luna kids cinema’.
Luna kids cinema open air cinema day at dulwich park. Decent event, summers day in the park screening the movie ‘jumanji’. Not cheap at £12 a ticket for my 3 year old to sit in the park watching a movie. However, nice idea and set up.
