We booked a large Christmas 2021 voucher campaign with PSE. As this was a sizable campaign for us, I asked for print proofs to make sure there were no issues. This was denied by PSE and they insisted this was not an option. PSE then edited and cropped our artwork without our approval which meant that the voucher went out with logos and imagery cut off. This would have massively impacted our campaign.

I brought this up with PSE after the campaign, when a friend highlighted it to me. Originally they tried to blame us, and when faced with irrefutable evidence, they ultimately admitted fault.

I had hoped to continue to use PSE despite the poor service we received over the Christmas campaign, as they are one of the largest companies in this space. However, absolutely no attempt was made to try and rectify the situation (other than a token discount on future campaigns that was less that the discount received on the Christmas campaign?). As a result, we decided to no longer work with PSE and would advise any other businesses to steer clear. They are clearly do not value their customers and take their size and market position for granted.
