contacted this company and Karen arranged a visit to my Dad the same week to assess needs and what care he wanted. After discussion my Dad opted to have a carer to take him out to improve his social life as he felt unsafe going out alone. The carer started the next week and my Dad really looks forward to his outings. we applied for Attendance Allowance which more than pays for the service. Great efficient service.

They were quick to post their brochure and were upfront with cost and helped us present the possibilities of care at home to our parents. Despite our parents not feeling ready to make this step there was no pressure to go ahead with them and genuine care that we get the right support in place at the right time when they are ready. When the time comes I am sure we will come back to this company again.
