Awful, dreadful, appalling service! My Agency used this sort of a Company for a Data issue I had with my phone. A very unprofessional and quick talking (without making any sense) girl called me to ask if Data was back? I said yes, but I still couldn’t connect my mobile phone to my laptop, therefore I still couldn’t work. She said: “it’s fine”. I said it was NOT fine, as I still had an issue, to what she said that it was our “internal IT problem”, and hung up! 0/10: avoid at all costs!!!
Ps. It is with great PLEASURE that I have received the news that my Company has dropped Redsquid as a provider: finally! And remember, squid is good on a plate, not as a phone provider! Ha ha

Excellent when dealing with Roy Cousins who I have known for some time.
I was very cross when I went over my allotted time last year because I was bed-ridden upstairs due to an accident. I went over the time, because I had spent so long trying to talk to my doctor. I was cut off without warning. Only when I emailed Roy could I be connected again.

Do not use this company, the staff are rude, abrupt and lack customer care. Hayley and Jack are just useless and a waste to Redsquid. We tried to complain and Jack refused to give me the MD name and email address. Hayley never gets back to you, they do not even communicate with each other. When the service goes down, they say these things can happen casually. This is one of the worst run company.
