From the start REM Digital had many ideas, and with our guidance and their expertise they made making our first website as stress free as possible. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. Wouldn’t recommend REM Digital to anyone who is looking to set up PPC & SEO Optimization for their website or company.

We requested REM Digital to set up PPC for our company however quotes were provided however no response received.

The company lack communication both via call and email. No response received even after two weeks of our initial query.

We stated payment can be made as soon as possible however no invoices were sent. When communicating our concern to a member of staff named Ahmed Bhula he just mentioned how we weren’t his first priority as we weren’t his client as of yet.

Ahmed requested for access and login details for our main site however once granted permission no communication whatsoever and was very quick to gain insight of all formal and personal data.

Promises were made in regards to the initial setup however no formal guarantee that the job was going to get done.

Lack of professionalism overall as Ahmed asks more of personal questions rather than questions from a business perspective.

And not to forget he sure has his favourite clients.

Anyone looking to set up PPC & SEO Optimization save yourself the time and money and shop around for good reliable agencies like RVS Media. Would not recommend REM Digital overall.
