I visited the Bournemouth shop wanting to buy a new vinyl turntable. I had already short-listed two turntables that I wanted to audition in my HiFi system, these being an Audio Technica LP8X and a Technics SL 1500C.
Aaron was on hand to help me and arranged to have both turntables delivered to my home arriving on the next day. I was concerned that I had no experience of setting up a turntable but Aaron came to my rescue and went through the process with me using the Technics turntable they had in store as an example.
After listening to each turntable playing a selection of my music I made a decision on which one I preferred and notified this to Aaron who then arranged for the unwanted one to be collected and returned to their Warehouse.
The whole process has been a good experience and this is all down to Aaron’s personal attributes - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
On that basis I would definitely recommend the Bournemouth branch of Richer Sounds to anyone seeking to buy the products that they sell.

I spent £1000 of my life savings on a TV. I thought I was covered for as it says there on the paper work6 year vip guarantee, well I am disabled and had a fall on the cabanet the TV was on and the tave followed me down not breaking the glass, so I made contact and was shunned and told no it was my fault,
SO RICHER SOUNDS GET RICH WHILE THE POOR
wouldn't take them 5 minutes to fix the tv, but their tummies are so large they're too to hungry totake 5 minutes out from McDonald'.

Just called Richer Sounds and spoke to Paul from the Bournemouth store. I had some technical queries regarding sound systems for my cinema space, these questions i just could not get answered no matter how many Youtube videos i watched. Paul was not only very friendly, but also very willing to help and answered all of my questions instantly, his knowledge on the subject was exactly what i required. Paul then went above and beyond when it came to finding a solution and a deal. All in all, i am extremley happy with the service i recieved from Paul and couldnt recommend him and the team enough. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The best experience of purchasing a new hi-fi package.
Visited the Bournemouth store and met Aaron, told him what I was looking for and he put a package together in a quote.
A few days later I phoned the store on a Friday and spoke to Aaron and put my order in.
I received the order the next day by DPD.
I unpacked the 3 boxes and put together the system.
Had a few questions so telephoned the store and emailed them and Aaron put me right.
