I have bought many items in past and needed an item. upon calling shop asked eastern European guy to repeat what he said as I couldn't understand, he went mad calling me a racist, this is what is wrong with our society. This is not the way you would want your business conducted how much money is he costing company as upon speaking to other friends there using other hifi shop as he is difficult at best of times.
Several customer services courses needed at least, hope head office see's this used to be good store

Another wonderful Richer Sounds experience yesterday when we spent an hour in the demo room with Gaetan and our planned purchase. It was like spending time with an interesting, knowledgeable family friend. he was an absolute star and a credit to RS. Not just a visit to a store but a warm, enjoyable experience with a very, very nice bloke and his colleagues. Recommended, recommended, recommended! Merci beaucoup et à bientôt Gaetan!

Excellent store! Very helpful staff happy to spend the time to make sure I was happy and allowing me all the time I needed to demo things. Jason was great and not even slightly pushy for a sale can't recommend enough.

I’ve been buying hifi equipment from various Richer Sounds’ branches for over 30 years.

Their advice has always been invaluable and honest. I don’t go anywhere else and never buy this kind of kit online.

Prices are as good as most online.

I recently bought new headphones from this branch. A very knowledgeable assistant steered me to a set that exactly matched my requirements.

Exemplary service as always.

I was able to walk in as I visited mid afternoon in term time. If you’re planning a weekend visit I’d advise calling ahead first.

Very friendly and helpful staff, I was in the area and keen to try out some headphones. The least pressure to buy of any demo experience I've had, in the end I chose a different product, but wouldn't hesitate to buy from the team at Cheltenham in future.

I had an excellent experience here buying a new TV and sound bar. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
I had to wait a little while for my order to arrive in stock, I was calling every few days and they answered the phone every time I called and kept me informed about the order.

I had a small issue with a remote control which they helped with without hesitation. (It turned out to be user error).
