I’ll tell you what, Richer Sounds is a dark horse for the U.Ks best tech shop. I was in the queue behind my friends John and Lewis and we all got seen in no time at all! Great value TV, had some trouble setting it up but customer service on the phone was great! Highly recommend.

Always great service from the staff. No pressure put on you to buy. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We were not sure what we really wanted but after talking to Steve we purchased a LG evo Oled which had a soundbar included free of charge. TV was delivered today by another very good courier firm. Very pleased with picture and now will have to play about to see how things work. Soundbar sounds very good. Only wish a manual was available for the TV.....perhaps we just haven't looked properly yet. Highly recommend

I usually spend a good while researching any significant purchase but found myself in a position of needing a set of ear buds quickly. I was ready to go with my default brand (Sennheiser) based solely on previous product experience. I called the store to check they had stock and popped in.

Pete showed went through the specs with me and gently suggested I consider a similar set from Sony (wf-1000xm5). After comparing them side by side I decided to take his word for it.

The earbuds are fantastic. Great quality sound, excellent battery life, love the noise cancellation. Comfortable and easy to control via the app.

Thanks to RS Exeter too. Great staff, product and price.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Equipped with suggestions & recommendations. Our item was not in store however this was ordered (with discount) and delivered the next day to our home. Best service. Recommend visiting Richer Sounds.
