A big thanks to Tom for spending time with me and my dad whilst choosing a hifi system. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. He is very knowledgeable too. My wife was looking to upgrade my turn table as a surprise for my birthday. She spoke to Tom at richer sounds, who advised her to bring me in store instead, for a brief, some expert advice and a demo. She booked me an appointment before store opening as a surprise. We had some brilliant advice and came away with a fantastic new player and speakers.
