Initially had a problem with my order due to a delay with a manufacturer (not Richer Sounds Fault), but they've managed to turn it around and offer me an alternative which I'm very happy with.

A big shout out to Andy. A stellar guy who's honestly been very helpful throughout the process.

Popped into the Prestwich store a couple of weeks or so ago with an amplifier I thought may have had a problem. Ryan set up the amplifier to test it in spite of the fact they were about the set the room up for a booking. Turned out the problem was with my old Rega deck. Ryan provided some wiring to solve the problem. Turned out it needed more than that but at least they tried. Ryan - thanks for taking the time and being bothered. I ended up taking the deck to mwes in Rochdale who did an excellent job sorting the wiring.
