Richer may present itself as a reputable company, but the reality within its warehouse operations is entirely different. The management is oppressive, operating more like dictators than leaders, fostering an environment of favoritism where those outside their inner circle are treated unfairly. Employees are subjected to excessive monitoring, including scrutiny over basic necessities like toilet breaks, and there is a complete lack of empathy for personal circumstances. The culture is toxic. Additionally to the representative who has replied to my review, this is nothing to do with extended hours over peak, this is to do with the reasonings I have outlined above. With Due “ dirty laundry” please feel free to contact me with regards to that as it’s news to myself. AS STATED THIS REVIEW IS FOR R1 WAREHOUSE NOT RICHER SOUNDS AS A WHOLE.
