Ridgequest ticked all the boxes in terms of product quality and customer service. Unlike many house signs sold online where the number and street name are glued onto the plate, Ridgequest’s signs are made in one piece individually. The sign arrived well packaged with all fittings such as screws, wall plugs and matching paint for the screws included.

Stephen was very accommodating from start to finish. He provided me with a few templates the next day so I was able to choose my preferred design before manufacturing. The item would have been delivered while I was away on holiday. However, Stephen was able to keep the item and post it upon my return. A very good and efficient company to deal with and I would not hesitate to use again.

What an amazing company! We had such a great experience.
Ridgequest made the signs for the 6 properties on our private road.
Three of the properties are listed buildings and it is quite a historic area so we wanted traditionally made enamelled signs which would look in keeping with the surroundings but also be of the highest quality and durability.
Stephen is such a perfectionist, the signs are amazing, extremely well made and everything packed up and labelled perfectly for installation.He even talked us through the fitting.
We really couldn't have been happier, fantastic company , product and service.

I had a specific request for a sign which I wished to give my wife as a Christmas present. The sign was to be used at a horse paddock my wife owns. Looking at the web site, I thought that one of Ridgequest's house signs may do the job so contacted them. Well, what a wise decision that turned out to be. A design was agreed, colours chosen and I followed Stephen's suggestions regarding shading on the horse head embellishment in the middle of the sign. Timescales were agreed, which were met perfectly and the sign delivered bang on time to my son's house. The sign is perfect, it looks great mounted on the paddock gate and my wife is delighted. I cannot recommend Ridgequest highly enough and would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again or suggesting that friends or relatives use them.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the sign we had made. We opted for a semi custom motif that Stephen made exactly as we had asked, and the lifelike colouring of the sign was brilliant. Communication was first class, and Ridgequest will be the first place we will go if we need another sign in the future. A proper English small company doing a brilliant job, with customer satisfaction their top priority.

Excellent experience! I was promptly phoned after placing my order to discuss delivery date and confirm design details. I was then phoned again once the house sign was ready, to confirm delivery date. When the house sign arrived it certainly surpassed my expectations. It was beautifully made and painted! Truly unique with owl design in the centre and lettering around the outside. This is a gift for my parents who regularly see owls from their garden. They are going to be thrilled! Ridgequest made us a plaque recognising the Lincoln City first home ground. This follows one to highlight where the club was originally formed. Everyone involved in these heritage projects were hugely impressed with the quality of the plaques which were eye-catching and very professional in appearance and construction. We're planning on using Ridgequest for more plaques - we have absolutely no reason to look elsewhere.
