I had used this companies services for SEO for several months. They invoice monthly in advance of work being done with no contract signed for length of time that you must use their services.
The service was halted by me at one point with an invoice not being paid (therefore the service not required). Rise Digital took it upon themselves to aggressively chase the 'outstanding invoice' and after several weeks issued another invoice for another months SEO despite me not going ahead with the previous months SEO! Rise Digital then issued threats of legal action if their invoices (for work not completed) were not paid, sending emails themselves and having a commercial debt recovery agency chase me!
It is a huge shame they have conducted themselves in this manner as their SEO work had been good, albeit they would constantly try and up-sell additional services far too persistently.

Rise Digital issued no form of contract about their services and I would strongly suggest not using this company based on their utter lack of professionalism, lack of understanding of commercial work, and aggressive nature.

We are eternally grateful to Rise Digital Media for bringing our somewhat dated website into the 21st century. London Black Women’s Project (LBWP) provides essential services to women and children in crisis. Most of our users are in a stressful situation when they access our website and need to find support, information and resources quickly and safely.

After a competitive tendering process, Rise Digital Media won the contract to help us design a user-friendly website that met the organisation’s, users and stakeholder’s expectations.

The LBWP site now looks professional, but more importantly, is much easier to navigate for everyone. Rise Digital Media collaborated with us over an 18-month period and exhibited creativity, professionalism and extreme patience with our decision-making process, which was often slow!

Our contact at Rise, Emma, was always enthusiastic and open to all our suggestions during the creation of the website. She was an excellent conduit of our ideas, creativity and dreams for the site that resulted in a product that is user friendly and something that LBWP is extremely proud of.
