They please themselves when they deliver your post . At least once a week we don't get post in the ta9 4ra area. They charge the earth to post a letter and the service you get is absolutely disgusting

I live in Weston and had a parcel sorted through to BoS delivery office by mistake. Dan was so helpful and even called me back with an update. They really need to send someone from BoS delivery office to the Weston one to give them some training.

As a former post lady I understand how hard everyone works and in all weathers too. Royal mail should be proud of all the workers in this office, have always been extremely helpful and polite as have my posties! A credit to the firm! Thank you!!!

As a newcomer to Burnham, and knowing nobody, 'my' Postman Steve was the first person to call me by name - followed swiftly by Dan West at the Sorting Office. What a cheerful, efficient and helpful bunch they all are. Thankyou gents (and ladies!).
Continued ..... a couple of years later. I moved to a different flat, and paid the usual 6 months redirection service fee. About a year after this had expired, I received a letter - which had been sent to my old address. Apparently, in the Sorting Office, my 'old' postie, Steve, handed this letter to my 'new' postie, Dave - saying, 'there's one here for Clare - she's yours, isn't she?'. It was a very important letter regarding a medical appointment. That's what I call Customer Service. And Steve still greets me by name if we pass in the street, 7 years on!
