Called here and found no one in the office. Rang the bell but nothing happened. Wandered outside & found someone hosing down a van. Had to request his help which came - eventually. Not very impressed!

Tried to contact them today (22nd Jan) by phone: they give the wrong number but when I rang at noon on the number given for them by our post office, it rang for more than 6 minutes and no-one picked up. Pathetic 'service'!
They need to get their act together.

Not good lost parcel went to craven arms royal mail said they will ring back as driver was off nothing still waiting. Very disappointed grand children as it was easter present.

Although this is primarily a local sorting office, it is also a main local 'pick up' point for post which needs signing for. Small customer service point, but very helpful staff.
