Bad experience, they are a Collectplus point and I have expected a delivery at their store, and my parcel goes backwards and forwards as they have declined the parcels from the delivery guys as they do not have space where to put them, so like that my parcel went to depo and back to the store couple of times!
If you accepted to be Collectplus point then you have to make sure people get their parcels you cannot just decline a to take parcels with the excuse that you do not have space.
